MEET THE FOUNDERS

Aman is a senior at Aviation High School, where he studies aircraft maintenance while working toward his Airframe and Powerplant certification.

During freshman year, his interest in engineering led him to join his school's robotics team and later additional teams to expand his experience. Through these opportunities, Aman developed skills in CAD, Java programming, mechanical design, and robotics.

His goal with Nox is to compete at the highest level while creating an environment where students of all experience levels can have fun, learn the fundamentals of STEM, and grow alongside their teammates.

Safa is a junior at The Young Women's Leadership School of Astoria, where her interest in STEM and computer science led her to join her school's robotics team.

Through FIRST, she discovered the importance of building a community while developing skills in assembly, block coding, and awards. She later became Software Lead and expanded her programming knowledge through Java and Android Studio.

Her goal with Nox is to share her knowledge while creating a welcoming environment where students can learn, grow, and explore STEM.

Lucjan is a senior and part of his school's second graduating class. His school was founded by NYCFIRST and helped propel him to achieve great things both in and outside of FIRST.

He was introduced to FTC during his freshman year through his school's robotics team and later joined a community team. During his junior year, he co-founded Nox after developing his mechanical, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

Through Nox, Lucjan hopes to create a serious yet enjoyable pathway into STEM for students of all backgrounds while building a team with a lasting impact.
